As part of our activities, we offer taking over payroll processes from the Client - starting with the preparation of procedures for optimal documents flow between the Client and BW Corporate Services S.A., through the collection of information necessary for proper payroll calculation - ending with the execution of salary transfers, Personal Income Tax (PIT) and Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) payments. We prepare reports and analyses - both those legally required and other as requested by the Client and his auditors.
In the case of a newly established company, we register the employer with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), take care of recruitment, prepare contracts of employment and perform all activities related to employment.
We enable cooperation both in the scope of the whole personnel and payroll processes, as well as taking over particular stages of work, which, for various reasons, our clients would like to outsource.
