Teresa Al Ahmad-Brzozowska has a Master degree in Business Administration from the Warsaw University, completed with post graduate studies from the Warsaw School of Economy; she also attended various international financial management trainings.

She first worked for Massey Fergusson, then for an accounting firm, and later joined ABB as Financial Director of various subsidiaries of the group: ABB Network Partners, a process control subsidiary, where she created and operated the financial function; later, ABB ZWAR, a company acquired by ABB thru the privatisation process; her role was instrumental in introducing into this very old and traditional company, modern management techniques and professionalism.

Pierre Wautelet has a Master degree in Finance from the University of Louvain, Belgium. After working 5 years in Zaire, he joined Westinghouse Electric Corporation, as a system manager. In the early 80's, he joined the international finance group where he soon became Director International Financial Services, responsible for the financial structure and operation of the world wide non manufacturing business.
